Days Out From Mid-Sussex

The markers identify places we have visited in recent years with our daughter; clicking on them will provide a link to brief review. The criteria for inclusion (sometimes a bit stretched) is that the location should be within day-trip distance of where we live in mid-Sussex.

In an attempt to mesaure the success of the trips I have tried to judge each on some basic critera: child-friendliness, value for money and acceptable distance. The latter gives an indication of how far I would be willing to travel to visit the location and still feel like it was a worthwhile trip.

I originally created this list as an aide memoire for when we are sat staring at the walls on a wet Sunday. Hopefully others may find it useful.
